sorry

i know, i know, i've been taking a week break between everypost and I'm sorry! My days have been filled and are pretrty hectic of late... Plus I haven't been using my computer at home lately cuz I'm too tired and stuff. I've been having fun these past two fridays hanging out with Rachel. Last friday I skipped volunteering and went with her downtown. I bought a cute argyle sweater in navy with white and grey accents and she bought this cute eggshell blue shirt. Just been doing the do.
Saturday the fambam, Taylor, and I went to this mini waterpark in Antioch. It was fun and I didn't tan, yay! We saw Stepbrothers too after the park. OMG that movie is sooooo funnie!! Like you have to see it. I went to see it two days ago with my fam including the 5 year old bro, lol, and there's this part where a character uses the word 'vagina' a ton and my brother goes," Dad, what's a vagina?" hella loud, lol. It was so funnie. Also I sat next to 2 cute guys which was fun too... Oh and Tay tay slept over fyi.
Got free tickedt to go see the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants tmorrow at 7 in the westfield theatre. I have 4, one for me and my mom, so hit me up if you want one cuz I have 2 extras. also, go see STEPBROTHERS people! [sorry for the shortness of the post, not much to say. Stressing about SATs and stuff so don't want to type all that much. okie dokes, ttyl]

skittled fingers

So nothing much has happened since last post. I saw The Dark Knight on Friday, opening day. It was really good. I think it will be so eerie if Heath Ledger gets nominated, or even wins, an Oscar. Could you imagine? But the movie wasn't the best part of the day, hanging out with my favorite asian RACHEL was! Boy, I learned some stuff about her, lol. So I get there hella early, like 6:30 and the movie's at 10:45, lol. Rach gets there about 7ish and we hang out with some people. Later, we run into some people from Mercy, Amberly and Sophie and some other girl isn't memorable. We go hang out with them for awhile at Fuddruckers and when they leave we hang out with the original people mentioned, lol. It was really funny because they had threatened to sit at our table ealier and when we left to walk the girld out to their ride they went and took it out, lol. EVEN LATER when we're in the theatre we run into them AGAIN lol.

Okay so the title of the blog is, "Skittled Fingers." This is because I recently got my haircut, and when I was at the salon waiting for my mom to get done before me, I discovered their nail polish wall and made myself busy, lol. When we were at Fuddrucker's with the guys a.k.a the original peeps one of them was all, your nails look like skittles. lol I know. So I'm posting a picture of them just for you guys. Don't judge me because of their state, lol. I would hide them in my pocket so the workers wouldn't see me painting them at the4 salon and then later I chipped them on purpose. I have to go buy some polish in these colors and fix them up and stuff.

Freaking Canadians

Wow, I haven't posted in a week! Well, it's mainly because nothing has really happened... I've been volunteeting at the library which is okay, but I just got a job at SAFEWAY!!!! so I'll probably have to stop volunteering :(

So I went to Nordstrom on Monday with karen and I found the cutest skirt and what I like to call the 'Miracle Top' because it looks good with basically every color, can be dressed up or dressed down, and is just plain old fantastic! The only bad thing is it's $144 but since I have a new job, maybe I'll buy it! I've been wanting to change my style for a while but haven't had the mullah.

SAD NEWS for me: my mom ruined my Ed Hardy sweater. She fucking tumble dried it. It explicitly says DO NOT TUMBLE DRY and she ruined it. There's about 100 little beads missing because of her [no exaggerations, I stopped counting after a while]. And like less than 4 minutes after discovering she runined it, she comes in and says sorry. I'm mad right? Im allowed to be mad. I'm not just going to be all smiles just because she says sorry, so I'm like whatever basically. And then she has the Nerve to get mad at me. What kind of bullshit it that? She's all, "im trying to say sorry and your giving me attitude!" Seriously, just leave me alone.

MOVIE: So I rented a lot of movies recently including Fool's Gold, Persepolis, and Charlie Bartlett. Now the story about Charlie is ridiculous. First it was suppoesed to be realeased, and I was all excited to see it [now this was practically a year ago last August] and then they delayed it! So they finally release it, but I can't go see it in the movies because I don't even remember why. And then I waited months for it to come out, and then I had to convince my mom to rent movies, and wallah I saw it! It was okay, well a little better than okay, but not fantabulous or anything. I hate that all the suburban movies are taking place in Canada these days. have you noticed? If you saw charlie, you'll also have seen like half the cast of Degrassi. And that made for TV movie with Ashley Tisdale called Picture Perfect, that was in Canada too. You know this because Paige and Darcy from Degrassi were in it. AND OMG the girl who plays darcy is going to bein 90210.

Now for Persepolis. I read them originally when they were first published, and then again this past week because I rented it from the library. I knew there was a movie but I wasn;t sure if it was out yet so... I never got it. Well low and behold, I go to Blockbusters and there it was, so I rented it, then watched it in frech with english subtitles. AND THEN I found out it was in English if i wanted. Then I was mad >[

so i apologize for not posting on pseudoliterature much. i know i've been totally lagging, and i'm sorry. the thing is i'm staying at my grandmother's right now cuz the fam's on vaca but i couldn't go cuz of volleyball :( so i'm having trouble getting computer access, ya hear?

haven't done anything much but god is it hot! I mean it's only 80 and i'm sweating like a pig just sitting down! i'll update tomorrow, cuz right now i've got 3&% on the computet i'm using [laptop]. also, for my la!st blog, woops about not adding a ferragam flats pik. i couldn't cuz the link was being stupid, but i'll fix it up. okay 2 % ttyl

Ferragamo flats

so i realised that i never shared what i did on the fourth of July! I went with my family to a disney radio event at the Shoreline Ampitheatre [I didn't speel that right...] where we saw performances and were given free products to try out and potentially buy. At 8, we listened to the San Francisco symphony perform and watched fireworks.

Also, I promised to give your more info about what I did with K so here goes: We originally were going to see Forgetting Sarah Marshall [didn't think it was in theatres? well neither did we!] at the Metreon downtown but it turned out my gift card thing didn't work there and they asked us for ID anyways. so instead we lollygagged around and had fun in Bloomingdales and the mall and stuff. I tried on these fabulous Ferragamo flats in burgende [yes, thee famous ones] and they fit perfectly, no exaggerations!
[mental note, add to wish list in assorted colors!] They are the best flats ever made. period. completely worth $430.00 plus tax! plus, picture the image in burgende]
let's see, we also went to borders where I bought the new Stephenie Meyer book "The Host." Between those two events, we wastd an hour eating for free in the expensive food court, lol. Boy we got full.

Today, I hung out with Rachel and we went to the movies and saw Hancock. I missed her, so I was glad to hang out again. We always have the absolute most ridiculous times together. I formerly met her boyfriend Danny. But can you believe that she left me less than 2 minuted to get ready!!! I mean I had to ask for permission and get changed and stuff. I went out in sweats for godsakes! The villain. Hopefully we'll hang out this sunday at the OneRepublic show at the Fillmore! :]

Well, tomorrow I have nothing specific to do other than Japanese at six. I may visit one of my ex-co-workers named Maya btu she works at the old place I did still, and I hated my boss, who still works there. :( Lastly, I just bought a Katy Perry ringtone for "I Kissed A Girl" and it still hasn't arrived!! :(

I can't believe I forgot!

That is, I published this, and realised I forgot to title it! lol, now to the real blog:
You've no idea how happy I am to be blogging again! I took a break because in all honesty, I didn't want to turn on my computer, but then, today, I thought to myself, "You have to do it. You're already forgetting what you've been up to , so turn the damn thing on and do it!" So here I'm doing it. First off, I would like to let you All know, I consider this published July 4th because it's only 2:43 in the morning of July 5th, so the day is nothing.

Now in the past 5,6 days, I've done quite a lot. Monday I started Japanese again, and the class seems like it's going to be much harder than my last one, so I;ve been studying off and on this whole week. I wanted to buckle down tomorrow [today] but I have plans with Karen [more on that later]. Mostly, I've just been home all week.
Wednesday I went to the library because I wanted to actually have fast internet, and I ended up signing up to volunteer wednesdays and fridays 2-6. Now if I actually get a job, that will be a problem, but I don't [unfortunateyl] see that happening. I also hung out with a friend of mine who lives all but 10 blocks away from me, and hadn't told my mother where I was, so I was grounded for yesterday [Thursday] and today [Friday.] :( But now I'm done, so I can move on.

I'm not sure when exactly, but I saw WALL-E. I have to say it was a delightful film [no one calls movies films anymore, have you noticed?] and I really enjoyed it. Later, [a different day most likely] I read an article about how all the sound effects were aquired for the film in the San Francisco Chronicle. Yesterday, [Thursday] I saw Wanted at the Tan Foran Theatre [like my British spelling there?]. Before I type about the movie, I have to review this relatively new theatre. Their cookies [Otis Spunkmeyer] are fantastic but 1 small cookie for 2 whole dollars!?!? Outrageous! At least at Daly City it's 2 small cookies for 2 dollars like any sane store! ALso, their seats suck because you can't lift up the armrests, so if you want to lay down [is it lay or lie btw?], your shit out of luck!

Now to the movie,not only does Wanted have 2 of my favorite actors, it has that black guy who played God in Bruce Almighty! The two actors, Angelina Jolie and James McAvoy, are awesome. The whole movie is sick. To use a term I hate, it's savage. Go see it. This is a good link about it, idk, but I thought it was sufficient enough for you guys... Okie Dokie, i'm done. TTYL
